It’s nice to finally see some good customer service for once ..broke down on my way to Calgary from fsj and they took care of the problem ASAP, since I was in a hard spot . Thanks guys

Have attended here for a few areas of service: - Second opinion which I believe affirmed a lack of integrity from the other shop that quoted a job more than double the cost GP Auto did, who ended up fixing the issue. - Oil changes. Believe them to be good quality services at good prices. - Tire swaps. Although this service can be a bit more expensive than some places, I believe the decision to get this done here when getting an oil change includes getting quality work done even on this task. Have had tires swapped with the tread facing the wrong direction twice elsewhere. Ultimately I believe I am getting quality work done here, and customer service has been great thus far. Have mainly interacted with Eric who has been great, and the courtesy drivers have also been very kind while getting me to and from work a couple times when dropping off / picking up my vehicle.

Had them check out my brakes, they felt spongy. Was able to get them looked at very quickly. Was told that because the vehicle does not get driven very much that the problem was some rust on the rear brake rotors. Tony told me what to do to rectify the problem and what to do so that it does not happen again. The honesty and service is second to none that I have experienced in the last few years. Would recommend Grande PrairieAuto Repair North. Have found my go to place for auto repair.
