I first met Tony when he was working somewhere else, and he always took the time to explain in detail what was happening, what needed to be repaired right away, and what could safely wait. Imagine my surprise when I called this shop and Tony answered the phone. Since then, I have called the shop with questions about everything from soup to nuts, and I have always been treated with patience, honesty, and a fair amount of knowledge. Even when I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle, I brought my list to Tony and we sat down and discussed each one not something most shops would ever take the time to do. As for repairs, I currently have a ghost somewhere in my dash, and despite all the exploring and troubleshooting we have done so far, we still cannot figure out exactly why it is happening. Tony and the crew have been completely honest and upfront about the repairs, the costs, and the fact that right now it may be best to wait until the issue becomes more consistent before throwing money at guesses.
