I brought my 2015 Mazda 3 in for an out‑of‑province inspection and was informed that it required significant repairs. This shop was recommended to me specifically because they have the ability to manufacture parts that are no longer available. During the inspection, they identified an exhaust leak and were able to repair it without replacing the entire exhaust system. They also found that my brake lines were severely corroded and fabricated new ones on-site, as OEM parts are no longer produced for this model year. As this vehicle is my only mode of transportation, I had to rely on taxis and ride services while the work was being completed. The service advisor I dealt with was very understanding and kindly applied a discount to help offset those costs. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer‑focused. I highly recommend GP Auto Group.

Great service. Service was done quickly and professionally. Pricing was fair. Other service opportunities were presented and appreciated to know potential repairs needed.

When you walk in the service bay all empty and no customers. Just employee's standing around. I could of walked around without anyone asking if I needed service. It seemed like I inconvenienced the parts person once I was able to speak to someone who wasn't having a chat. Don't worry everyone standing around had ford shirts on.
